How To Take Care Of Your Purchase When Received
Shipment and delivery varies depending on your location, and international shipment usually requires freight calculation based on volume. To avoid high freight charges and to avoid charging our customers more, we usually vacuum the package, thus making the volume of the package a bit smaller, hence at reduced delivery charges.
The compressed package will make the fur clothes a bit wrinkled. But be rest assured it doesn’t affect the quality of the product in any way. After you receive the clothes, iron the fur and fabric with a steam iron or give to the laundry - as in the video below. After that, the whole cloth becomes very fluffy and beautiful.
